Restaurant Manager

Overview California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and deliver top-notch guest experience. Responsibilities & Expectations Deliver a phenomenal guest experience. Lead and inspire the team with a people‑first mentality and build on CPK's best‑in‑class culture. Build, coach, and develop top talent to drive the business forward and foster career growth. Plan and execute cross‑training, sales, profitability, and guest count initiatives. Manage the P&L for the restaurant: forecast labor, control portions, prepare budgets, analyze variances. Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures. Requirements Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team. Passionate about execution, hospitality, and service. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours a day, occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs. Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Current salary range: USD $70,000 to $75,000.
