Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Mother/Baby care for a travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This role requires nurses with over two years of LDRP experience and a current NY license. As part of a professional healthcare setting, the RN will be instrumental in providing top-tier patient care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum environments.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Mother/Baby

• Manage labor and delivery, including triage and obstetrical patient care
• Assist and circulate for high-risk deliveries and C-sections
• Conduct newborn assessments and support breastfeeding/lactation
• Implement and evaluate use of intrauterine pressure catheters
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and administer epidural/general anesthesia
• Provide postpartum care, including fundus/lochia/perineum monitoring
• Recognize and treat abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• Educate and discharge teaching to parents

Requirements of the RN - Mother/Baby

• Current NY license
• 2+ years of LDRP experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHMSkills
• Experience with Allscripts charting system is preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (exemptions may be available)
