Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - Required certifications cannot expire the same month as the potential start date to apply. - No locals will be accepted.

Unit Details: - Cath Lab, vascular, EP, and interventional radiology procedures; scrub, monitor, and circulate.

Shift & Scheduling: - On-call 1-2 days per week and every third weekend on average; more or less depending on staffing, vacations, and sick calls.
