Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness. Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Participate in staff training and development programs. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
