Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, E-mail and the Internet. What You’ll Be Responsible For Monitor completion of home care tasks and shifts. Report any concerns related to attendance and performance to Home Care Manager and Personal Care Services Supervisor. Oversee the staffing process; develop, maintain and update the Home Care schedule one-month in advance; coordinate referrals to contracted agency when approved by Home Care Manager; Report use of agency staff to Home Care Manager and assist with monitoring utilization of agency staff to meet home care needs. Ensure participant home care schedules are accurate and up to date consistently reflecting care needs outlined in IDT approved plan of care. Develop and maintain a good rapport with Home Care Staff and coordinate schedules per availability provided by Personal Care Services Supervisor.
