Associate Attorney

Our client, a respected and well-established Delaware law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team in Dover, Milford, or Rehoboth Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1+ years of real estate experience, but the firm is also open to training motivated candidates with a strong interest in real estate law. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, deeds, and closing documents Conduct and oversee real estate closingsProvide legal guidance on title issues, property rights, and land use matters Collaborate closely with internal staff, lenders, agents, and clients Maintain a strong client-service approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active Delaware Bar admission (or ability to waive in) 1+ years of real estate experience preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Interest in building a long-term career in real estate law Willingness to work fully onsite in Dover, Milford, or Rehoboth Beach #J-18808-Ljbffr
