Boomerang Transport is looking for dependable drivers to provide non-emergency medical transportation using their own vehicles. Drivers help injured workers and other clients get to scheduled medical appointments safely, professionally, and on time.


This is a flexible opportunity for people who want supplemental income while making a positive difference in their community. Trips are scheduled in advance, so drivers can accept rides that fit their availability. This position may be a good fit for retirees, stay-at-home parents, self-employed individuals, or anyone who enjoys driving and helping others.


Basic requirements:

• Must be at least twenty-five (25) years old
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence
• Must maintain current personal auto insurance
• Must have a clean 4-door sedan, SUV, or minivan that is less than 15 years old
• Must have an active cell phone plan
• Must have access to GPS or smartphone navigation
• Must be able to communicate with dispatch and provide trip updates when safely stopped
• Must meet background check requirements

Compensation includes:

• $0.75 per loaded mile
• Minimum trip pay of $11.75 per leg
• Wait time pay when approved
• Gas reimbursement plan when the national average is over $2.84
• Tolls and parking reimbursement
• Average trip pays approximately $50
• Most drivers complete 2 or more trips per week

Boomerang Transport also supports charitable causes and may make a charitable donation in your name based on the miles you drive. This donation is paid entirely by the company and does not come from your compensation.

***On-Boarding Process:

1. Submit an application online using the form below
2. Your application will be reviewed and qualified applicants will be invited to sign up for an interview
3. If your interview is approved, you will receive an email welcoming you to online training
4. If you pass your quiz, you will receive an email letting you know that you have graduated from training and inviting you to complete paperwork
5. Once the paperwork is returned and complete, you will be fully approved and eligible to receive rides

***Eligibility Requirements:

1. A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years
2. Possession of a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated
3. Must be current on personal auto insurance policy
4. Must have an active cell phone plan; if prepaid and NOT on autopay, proof of 6 consecutive timely payments is required
5. Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN - Taxpayer Identification Number. SSN, EIN, and ITIN are acceptable
