Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Block scheduling requested but not guaranteed. Floating to other units as needed (excluding Behavioral Health and Emergency Department).

Highlights:

• 42-bed intensive care unit featuring Neuro/Medical (22 beds), Cardiothoracic ICU (6 beds), and Surgical/Trauma (14 beds)
• Advanced specialty equipment experience including IABP, CRRT (Prisma/NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Arctic Sun)
• Epic EMR system in use across facility
• Diverse case mix including cardiac surgery, cardiogenic shock, stroke, sepsis, trauma, and post-operative surgical patients
• Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex required; cardiac/heart experience highly preferred
• Travel assignment with competitive compensation package

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license (verification via NURSYS required)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU); 4-5 years preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic EMR experience required
• Proficiency with CRRT and Prismaflex systems required
• Valid driver's license and comprehensive skills checklist matching specialty
