National Market Manager - Construction

Become part of the excitement.As a National Market Manager, you will manage the Company's national product and service programs for the Construction market.In this role you will:Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate the marketing for the assigned customer marketEvaluate performance of district and branch locations in market area of responsibilitySupport key National Product Managers in the preparation, implementation, and tracking of national promotions; make recommendations for stock and inventory amounts; facilitate continuous improvement of products and processesContinually evaluate market strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditionsWhat you bring to the table:Minimum 3 years experience in sales management, branch management, or district marketing experience required4 year degree requiredAbility to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plansAbility to evaluate customer needs, analyze sales reports and statistics, and develop strategies to improve performanceKnowledge of supplier products, industry products, and service trendsKnowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office SuiteOral and written communication and presentation skillsOrganizational and time management skillsNegotiation skillsAnalytical and critical thinking skillsSupervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively direct teams and achieve results through othersFrequent travel requiredCompensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
