At CCHS, our acute care department staffing has 1-2 CNAs staffed to assist RNs with patient care. As a critical access hospital, our nursing leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need. We offer hands-on training, as we have simulations available for education and skills practice.Compensation and benefits:Compensation with ED experience: $38.00 - $58.63 per hour$7,500 sign-on bonus included!Day Shift available: Days - 6:45am - 7:15pmFull-time, 36 hours per week3 days on, 4 days off and rotating weekendsWill float to other units as neededFull-time benefits include: medical/dental/vision & basic life insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K plan, as well as PTO and sick time accrualsAs a member of the acute care and emergency department nursing staff, you will evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions. We are looking for an individual who can adapt and is willing to learn, and has ED experience. This position may float to other units as needed.To be successful in this role, you will hold an active Washington State registered nursing license or multi-state registered nurse license.
