What You’ll Be Doing As an apprentice, you’ll be out in the field every day learning hands-on. You’ll assist with: • Residential plumbing service and repairs • Installing fixtures, piping, and plumbing systems • Job site setup and cleanup • Diagnosing basic plumbing issues (as you progress) • Supporting licensed plumbers on service calls This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing. What We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything — but you do need the right mindset. We’re looking for individuals who are: • Reliable and show up ready to work • Willing to learn and take direction • Comfortable working with tools and in different environments • Positive, respectful, and team-oriented • Motivated to build a long-term career in the trades If you already have a Washington State Plumbing Trainee Card , that’s a plus — if not, we can help guide you through getting one.
