Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical delivery, technical program management or solution delivery leading complex cross-functional initiatives from business need through implementation.\n-Experience delivering data migration, data quality or data data engineering projects \n-Ability to understand technical concepts and translate business needs and conversations into actionable delivery plans.\n-Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, solution leaders, and technical teams to coordinate delivery across multiple functions and disciplines.\n-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the curiosity and persistence to dig in, ask questions, challenge assumptions, connect the dots, and determine what needs to happen next.\n-High degree of ownership, accountability, and bias for action, with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive commitments across teams without direct authority.\n-Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to create structure, alignment, and momentum in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for data quality projects that has the ability to connect complex business needs to executable Data & AI solutions and drives cross-functional delivery from concept through implementation. Delivery Leads will be working closely with dedicated Engagement Leads and cross-functional business and technical resources. This role engages with business units early to understand the business problem and desired outcome, uncover gaps and dependencies, and connect the right stakeholders to shape the path forward. As the solution takes shape, the Technical Delivery Manager translates it into an actionable plan and orchestrates the people, workstreams, decisions, dependencies, and timelines required to deliver it. This is a highly proactive role requiring a strong sense of ownership and accountability. When work stalls or something is unclear, this person digs in, challenges assumptions, pulls the right people together, and drives the team toward resolution. Resources do not need to be the engineer or architect, but they must be technically curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to understand enough of the business and technical context to determine what needs to happen next.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n-Partner closely with Engagement Leads to understand business needs, desired outcomes, priorities, constraints, and evolving solution requirements.\n-Translate emerging solutions into executable delivery plans, defining workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, resources, and timelines.\n-Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Data, AI, Platform, Engineering, Security, Architecture, Governance, and other teams, aligning resources, responsibilities, handoffs, and commitments.\n-Drive clarity and anticipate challenges by asking probing questions, challenging assumptions, surfacing gaps, and identifying dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and blockers before they impact delivery.\n-Own delivery momentum and accountability, relentlessly following through on commitments and decisions, digging into root causes when progress stalls, and pulling the right people together to drive resolution.\n-Maintain clear delivery visibility, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and areas requiring leadership attention\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nSuccess for Technical Delivery Leads means creating clarity, momentum, and accountability across the full delivery lifecycle.
