RN Observation Unit - Full-Time, $25K Sign-On Eligible

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Observation Unit. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with day shifts from 7am to 7pm and rotating weekends; holidays as required. The unit observes patients typically admitted for less than 24 hours. You will provide direct nursing care from admission to discharge, working as part of an on-shift team and coordinating with providers to ensure timely, quality care.
