Expected salary range of $192,600 to $214,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose Of Position A senior lawyer who is a highly qualified attorney handling complex legal matters and projects on behalf of the Company. Primary Duties And Accountabilities Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; evaluate both legal and business risks and advise clients accordingly with minimal supervision. Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly. Work closely with and advise clients on business operations, emergent industry opportunities and developments and other related matters. Projects / duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 8-years professional experience in a specialized area of law Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing and to analyze legal materials and data Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and knowledge of federal and or state law Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them to complex assignments An LLB or JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions Preferred Qualifications Law firm experience. 4 to 8 years of professional experience drafting contracts. Experience and knowledge of the energy industry and in particular independent power producers and nuclear power plants. Proven legal analytical and drafting abilities. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; to analyze legal materials and other data; to work in stressful conditions under time deadlines; and to provide realistic risk assessments and practical advice to clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Constellation
