Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Customer Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into lasting sales. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers—educating them on our products/services, recommending the best solutions, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience from first contact through post-sale support. Key Responsibilities Engage prospective and existing customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and guide customers through the sales process. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, customer satisfaction). Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services that add value to the customer. Resolve customer inquiries, objections, and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role (experience in [industry] is a plus). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and basic productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
