The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant operation. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and sides, following established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines and food safety protocols. Being able to cook all types of foods such as meats, seafood, and vegetables. Able to use various methods of cooking: frying, grilling, roasting, and sauteing. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, and slicers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
