Sanitation Manager

Position Summary Manage supply chain processes and ensure merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to escalation of daily issues. Responsibilities Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies. Provide data for the supplier compliance process flow. Research and analyze the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory and returns. Conduct performance reviews of sanitation associates and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Cleans warehouse ceilings, racks and walls in all chambers of the warehouse including freezers. Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability and measure progress in achieving results. Identify and address improvement opportunities; demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous learning. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring and assigning duties. Influence field‑level direction and provide guidance for operations by acting as a liaison for the field. Prioritize sanitation objectives and ensure flow plans are achievable. Manage the correction of error processes and feedback loops. Identify opportunities to improve service levels and provide cost recommendations to reduce process waste. Review and analyze impact and benefits to internal processes; coordinate planning with organizational initiatives. Set realistic timelines for goal accomplishment and hold associates accountable for completing work within expectations. Manage team member time based on business priorities and follow up to ensure timely completion. Qualifications 2 years’ supervisory experience. 2 years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing plant sanitation. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Prior work experience in food safety audits. Project management experience. Retail logistics operations experience. Sanitation experience. Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock. Benefits Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.
