Quality InspectorThe Quality Inspector performs inspections utilizing CMM, Vision System, Mechanical hand tools, and visual for dimensional inspections to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and requirements.Essential Duties:Perform inspections of incoming raw material, outside processes, finished product.Perform in-process inspections as required and FAI inspections per AS9102.Maintain inspection and quality records as directed by Manager.Program/Operate CMM utilizing customer information.Program/Operate Vision System utilizing customer information.Requirements:Work Environment: Climate controlled environment.Work tools frequently used - hand measuring devices, CMM, gages.Education: High School or Associates degree desired.Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.A minimum of three years Quality Control experience.Aerospace industry experience.CMM programming experience.Skills: Basic metrology and GD&T.Blue print reading.Basic computer skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.Able to lift 40 lbs.
