About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Ambulatory Practice Otolaryngology at Northwell Health is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Highlights Location: New York, NY Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Conduct patient interviews and assess health status across multiple systems. Communicate and document patient's physiologic and psychosocial health status. Develop individualized patient outcome statements and goals. Coordinate cost‑effective use of supplies and document the plan of care. Implement the plan of care and ensure safety precautions are followed. Evaluate care effectiveness and document outcomes for performance improvement. Collaborate with care team members and provide direction as needed. Administer medications safely and educate patients on drug interactions. Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning. Perform related duties as required.
