Warehouse Associates Details:

• Schedule:
  • Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm
• Pay: Starting Rate $23/hr with increase after 6 months 
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Easton, PA

Warehouse Associates Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate sit-down forklifts other equipment safely.
• Enter and update inventory in the WMS/RF system and report discrepancies.
• Greet drivers, manage signin, assign dock doors, and verify appointments.
• Unload inbound shipments safely, check loads against packing lists, and put materials away correctly.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to client requirements.
• Verify correct items and quantities before shipping and ensure proper packaging.
• Move materials to designated locations without damage and perform basic equipment checks.

Warehouse Associates Requirements:

• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and other warehouse materialhandling equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use WMS systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely as required.
