Order Picker / Warehouse Associate | $16/Hour | Weekly Pay & Forklift Training Help Keep Agriculture Moving

We're hiring an Order Picker / Warehouse Associate to join a large agricultural parts distribution center in Rock Island. In this role, you'll help pick, pack, and prepare parts used in tractors, combines, and other farming equipment. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps products moving to customers across the country.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Sort products and place them on the correct pallets for shipment
• Use handheld RF scanners to locate and track inventory
• Label, package, and prepare orders for shipping
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Move and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Handle a variety of items, from small parts to larger equipment components
• Use lifting equipment when moving heavier materials
• Help maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow quality and safety procedures to ensure accurate shipments
• Support general warehouse and shipping operations

• At least 6 months of warehouse, production, or general labor experience
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when needed
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, or material handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Experience loading and unloading trailers
• Forklift experience
• Warehouse inventory experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
