In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports while partnering closely with education and therapeutic teams.This position blends hands-on clinical work, collaboration, and system-level influence, allowing you to shape both individual student outcomes and broader program success. You will also play a key role in coaching staff, improving systems, and advancing trauma-informed, data-driven practices across the school.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Consultation & Integrated CareServe as a clinical consultant across educational and therapeutic settings to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of behavioral strategiesApply independent clinical judgment aligned with BACB standards, state regulations, and organizational policiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral, educational, and therapeutic interventionsPromote trauma-informed, person-centered approaches that support the whole studentAssessment, Intervention Planning & DocumentationConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in collaboration with IEP teamsDevelop and guide implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using function-based strategiesMaintain clear, timely, and audit-ready documentationData Analysis, Systems Support & PBIS ImplementationUse data to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and drive decision-makingSupport PBIS and MTSS frameworks with proactive, preventative strategiesHelp strengthen systems, tools, and processes that improve consistency and outcomesTraining, Coaching & Professional DevelopmentProvide real-time coaching and model effective strategies in the classroomDeliver practical, engaging trainings that build staff confidence and competenceContinue growing your own expertise through ongoing professional development opportunitiesCrisis Intervention & Safety SupportSupport development of crisis protocols and proactive behavior strategiesTrain staff in de-escalation and prevention techniquesContribute to restraint-reduction efforts through data and team collaborationCollaboration & Team ParticipationParticipate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussionsPartner with teachers and staff to create supportive, accessible learning environmentsCollaborate across MyPath programs to share knowledge and best practicesWhat You Can Expect in This Role:Meaningful Impact: See the direct results of your work in student growth and successBalanced Responsibilities: Combination of clinical work, collaboration, and systems improvementSupportive Team Environment: Work alongside experienced educators and therapeutic professionalsProfessional Growth: Opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and BACB supervision involvementStability & Purpose: Join a mission-driven organization with a long-standing reputation in specialized careComprehensive Employee Benefits PackageAt The Richardson School, a MyPath Company, we are committed to supporting our employees' well-being, financial security, and professional growth.
