Job Responsibilities What You'll Do Participate in comprehensive training sessions Learn the fundamentals of freight brokerage and logistics Shadow multiple departments to understand the full shipment lifecycle Gain insight into how teams collaborate to serve customers and carriers Weeks 2-4: Carrier Sales Source carrier capacity and build transportation solutions Negotiate pricing and service agreements Monitor shipments and ensure timely execution Learn industry best practices and transportation terminology Weeks 5-7: Customer Support & Shipment Management In addition to carrier sales responsibilities, you'll: Communicate shipment updates to customers Track and trace freight movements Resolve routine transportation issues Build and schedule shipments Develop customer service and account management skills Weeks 8-12: Operations & Business Development Expand your knowledge across multiple functions by: Supporting carrier sales and operations activities Learning effective sales and communication techniques Listening to and analyzing sales calls Understanding TransLoop's value proposition and service offerings Building prospect lists and qualifying leads Exploring the full sales cycle and business development process Qualifications We're seeking motivated, ambitious individuals who are excited to learn and grow.
