As a medical assistant at MyCare 365, you'll be a vital part of our care team, working side-by-side with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced office setting, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.
What you'll do:
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic health record (ehr)
- Support providers with procedures, exams, and follow-up care
- Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and patient education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Positions imaging equipment and adjusts controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of examination
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care

What we're looking for:
- Completion of an approved accredited medical assistant program
- American academy of medical assistants, american medical technologists, american registry of medical assistants and the national center for competency testing
- Current certification (cma, rma, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus
