The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Salesforce integrations, and Salesforce development tools. This role involves developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and optimizing Salesforce business processes using industry best practices.Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:10+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Apex ProgrammingHands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)Strong JavaScript programming skillsExperience with SOQL and SOSLSalesforce CLI (SFDX)Visual Studio Code (VS Code)REST and SOAP API integrationSalesforce Flow BuilderGit version controlSalesforce Data LoaderSalesforce Developer ConsoleSalesforce Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)Data Modeling and Validation RulesCI/CD and Agile development methodologiesRoles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, Flow Builder, validation rules, and automation processes.Build and maintain Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience.Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Design and optimize Salesforce data models, business logic, and application performance.Implement and manage Salesforce security including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support following Salesforce best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and deliver enhancements for existing Salesforce applications.Support CI/CD pipelines, source control using Git, and Agile software development processes.Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
