Responsibilities Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care toward both team members and guests. Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack’s standards and recipes. Master all stations and rotate through them, keeping each day fresh and exciting. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members. Stand for something good by aligning with Shake Shack’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement. Qualifications Ability to learn quickly in fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant. Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 16 years or older.
