No recruiter screen, no take-home before we have spoken. 02 A paid work session Four hours, paid at contractor rate, on a problem close to real work. You keep whatever you build. 03 A deep-dive on your craft Ninety minutes on something you have done before. We ask about the decisions and the parts that went wrong. 04 A decision within a week Offer or not, with written feedback either way. We have never taken longer and do not intend to start.
