Registered Nurse

Overview Interim HealthCare is seeking a Full Time/Part Time Home Care Supervisor to join our growing team in Wallace, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse/RN with previous home care supervisory experience. The position requires a daily commute to the Wallace office location, and a company car will be provided for all supervisory visits. Full Time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm for 3 days per week. Essential Duties Supervise, evaluate, motivate, and develop professional and paraprofessional employees. Follow accepted standards of clinical practice. Use critical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population. Contribute to business growth by presenting information, education, and support to external customers as requested. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in North Carolina. Current CPR certification. Two to three years of geriatric experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven years (preferred). One to two years of home care and/or facility staffing or related healthcare organization experience managing caregivers within the last five years.
