What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you'll learn our business from the ground up while gaining experience in event marketing, customer engagement, sales, leadership, and team development .

Responsibilities include:

• Represent clients and brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and create positive experiences
• Support event marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Communicate information clearly and professionally
• Build customer relationships and develop communication skills
• Participate in daily meetings, training, and leadership development
• Work with a team to achieve campaign and business goals
• Learn how to train, coach, and support new team members
• Develop leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
