Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Weld Robot Operator to run robotic welding cells in our precision sheet metal facility in Alto, GA. In this role, you’ll load parts, set up fixtures, monitor automated weld cycles, and verify weld quality using gauges and visual inspection. You’ll read blueprints, follow detailed work instructions, and perform basic robot adjustments and preventive maintenance. Working in a safety- and team-focused culture, you’ll help meet production goals, support 5S and continuous improvement, and grow your technical skills on advanced fabrication equipment.
