Job Title: Sales Manager (Healthcare Staffing)

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (Flexible)

Location: NYC Metro/Long Island, NY; (Will pay for relocation!)

Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 Base (Depending on Seniority and Ramp Time)

Commission: Uncapped, evergreen commission on total GP

Our client is a Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing firm with more than two decades of success serving both government and commercial healthcare clients nationwide.

They provide Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health Professionals to facilities across the U.S., including hospitals, urgent care centers, rehabilitation centers, correctional facilities, and government agencies.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager or Director to lead and develop an existing team of BD Managers across the U.S., then build a local team in NY. This person will lead as a player/coach, running a personal sales desk and managing the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare staffing clients nationwide, with a focus in the NYC Metro.
• Sell contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions for phy sicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers ( Open to candidates who have sold assisted living staffing solutions .)
• Manage the full sales cycle — from business development through candidate close and client retention.
• Collaborate with recruiting and compliance teams to ensure seamless service.
• Consistently meet or exceed gross profit and revenue goals.
• Lead, grow, and upskill the sales team. Ensure sales team meets or exceeds sales goals

Required:

• 5-10+ years of sales experience in healthcare staffing (physician, nurse, allied, assisted living etc.).
• Proven ability to generate $500K+ in annual gross profit .
• Energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented “hunter” mentality.
• Previous team management experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling into Federal or Government healthcare contracts is a plus
