Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Critically ill adult patients including medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, and sepsis. Some pediatric critical care, including stabilization before transfer to tertiary pediatric centers as needed. Acute stroke patients may be managed in ICU with tele-stroke/tele-neurology support.

Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend is required. Will not accept more than 3 days RTO.

Special Requests: No holiday RTO will be approved.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
