Shift Manager

Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) Address: 132 Ridgewood Ave., Holly Hill, Florida 32117 Pay range is based on experience: $16 to $17 per hour. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions, negotiate terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members. Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Pass a criminal background check and drug test. Strong organizational, time‑management, prioritization, and judgment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Engaging personality, strong negotiation talents, ability to read and manage customer needs. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
