Registered Nurse - Acute Care Ortho Surgical - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Ortho Surgical, full-time night shift. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engage in relationship-based patient-centered care, and support evidence-based practices. Ensure effective communication, documentation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, promote research and performance improvement, and adhere to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of direct nursing experience, current RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and an associate or diploma in nursing (bachelor's preferred). Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills are essential.
