Property Maintenance Technician

Property Maintenance Technician Location: Lansdale, PA Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Responsibilities Respond to and resolve tenant maintenance tickets (e.g., leaky faucets, broken outlets, clogged drains) promptly and professionally. Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by painting, replacing fixtures, checking appliances, and performing deep cleaning. Troubleshoot and fix basic heating/cooling systems, lighting, circuit breakers, and structural issues. Conduct routine inspections of building systems, common areas, and amenities to prevent emergencies and ensure code compliance. Participate in a rotating after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call schedule to handle critical maintenance emergencies. Assist with exterior property maintenance, including landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal tasks like snow removal. Qualifications & Requirements 1-3+ years of hands‑on experience in residential or commercial maintenance, construction, or a related trade. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants and HVAC systems, frequently mandatory or highly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders).
