As a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative , you'll work onsite in a fast-paced environment, directly supporting our diverse client base. You'll solve insurance-related issues, answer questions, and guide customers through their policies-making a real impact in their lives. Your bilingual skills will be key in creating strong, trusting relationships with clients from all backgrounds.
Compensation & Benefits

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assisting with policy updates, claims, and general insurance questions
Providing clear, empathetic support in both English and Spanish
Collaborating closely with our agent team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
You'll be the friendly voice our clients trust-especially during stressful times-making empathy, patience, and professionalism essential to your success.
