Assistant Store Manager

Valabasas is a Memphis-based streetwear brand opening its first retail location this fall. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and help lead the store team. Responsibilities: Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS Supervise sales associates and assist with training and scheduling Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock accuracy Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards Deliver a high standard of customer service and handle escalations Serve as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence Qualifications: 2+ years of retail experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred Background in fashion, footwear, or streetwear retail a plus Familiarity with the streetwear market and its customer base Dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a shift Based in the Memphis area Details: Full-time | On-site — Memphis, TN | Target start: September 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr Valabasas Denim
