Job Summary Support the successful execution of high-volume concessions operations during events. The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing concession stands and bar operations, leading and supervising event staff while ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications 3–5 years of food and beverage leadership experience Experience in high-volume concessions or quick-service operations Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards Experience managing staff and event operations ServSafe Certified Key Areas of Responsibility Oversee concession stand operations during events Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for concessions teams Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards Monitor inventory levels and product usage Coordinate stand setup and breakdown processes Address guest concerns and ensure service recovery Maintain compliance with alcohol service regulations Track sales performance and operational metrics At Levy, team = family.
