Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RN license Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration and communication skills Advanced skills needed: Medical- Surgical experience (i.e. including- experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, gi illnesses/diseases, tele, CVC s, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc) Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
