The ideal candidate will work across backend and frontend technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and excellent user experience.---## **Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using **Java (8+/11+)** and **Spring Boot**.* Build and maintain **RESTful APIs** and microservices.* Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations.* Ensure application **security, performance, and scalability**.* Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using **React.js**.* Build reusable components and front-end libraries.* Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.* Optimize applications for **performance and cross-browser compatibility**.* Work across the technology stack to deliver **end-to-end solutions**.* Collaborate closely with **UX/UI designers** for pixel-perfect implementations.* Manage application state effectively using **Redux or Context API**.* Build and consume **RESTful services**.* Work with **JSON, protocols**, and API integration.* Integrate systems with **third-party services and enterprise platforms**.* Design, develop, and manage **relational and NoSQL databases**.* Write efficient queries and optimize database performance.* Work with databases like: + MySQL + PostgreSQL + MongoDB* Participate in **CI/CD pipeline** setup and maintenance.* Deploy applications on **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**.* Work with containerization tools like **Docker and Kubernetes**.## **Required Skills & Qualifications**### ### **Technical Skills*** Strong proficiency in: + **Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC** + **React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3*** Hands-on experience with: + **REST API development** + **Microservices architecture** + React concepts including **Hooks and Redux**The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75000 - 90000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
