As an Inspector 1st Shift - Level 2, located in Chandler, AZ you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. The successful candidate:

• Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds.
• Uses various measuring devices.
• Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
• Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
• May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
• Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.

This is a fully on-site position. Relocation is not available for this role. Your expertise - required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of additional education and/or related experience
• Available to work 1st shift 6:00am to 3:30pm
• Experience in cable manufacturing and/or inspection
• Able to read engineering documentation and inspect to drawings and parts lists, inspection plans, and supplemental instructions
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• US citizenship

• Experience with IPC or prior IPC certifications
