Edward Elmhurst Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian for per diem coverage in Elmhurst and Naperville, IL. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday coverage every 6 weeks. Responsibilities include designing nutrition education, screening and assessment, and managing care plans with documentation in the medical record.
