• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a focus on dignity and respect
• Provide vital signs and reports any changes to the nursing team
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to reduce anxiety and stress
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and interactions
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in in-service training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations
