District Service Manager II, CRM- Rochester, NY

Medtronic seeks a District Service Manager II for Cardiac Rhythm Management in the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse territory. The role involves leading a clinical service team, managing operations, and aligning resources with business objectives in a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM Service Team to deliver clinical support and meet implant and revenue goals
- Recruit, hire, and develop CRM Clinical Specialists through performance management
- Execute service strategies, programs, and key initiatives across the district
- Partner with sales and stakeholders to align clinical resources with business priorities
- Manage inventory, expenses, and assets to support service delivery efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years professional experience
- 3+ years clinical management experience
- 2+ years Medtronic CRM/EP service leadership experience
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic execution capability
- Experience coaching and developing employees
