Full Stack Developer

Full Stack DeveloperPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will work across front-end and back-end layers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through deployment and monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain front-end and back-end components for web and cloud applications using C# and .NET.Develop responsive user interfaces and components, working with Blazor and other front-end frameworks when appropriate.Design, document, and consume RESTful APIs; implement server-side business logic and integrations.Author and optimize SQL queries, design database schemas, and maintain data integrity and performance.Deploy, configure, and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); implement infrastructure-as-code where applicable.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes to ensure repeatable and reliable releases.Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other engineers in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot production issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and implement fixes and improvements.Maintain documentation for design decisions, API contracts, deployment runbooks, and operational procedures.Ensure security best practices are followed, including secure coding, dependency management, and secrets handling.QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of professional experience developing web applications with C# and the .NET platform.Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with integrations.Proficient with relational databases and SQL; experience with schema design and query optimization.Practical experience with version control using Git and code collaboration workflows (pull requests, branching).Familiarity with Agile development practices and participating in Agile ceremonies.Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); understanding of cloud services, networking, and security.Knowledge of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with attention to performance and reliability.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred: experience with Blazor and MAUI for .NET front-end/mobile development.Preferred: experience with Apache web server configuration and tuning.Preferred: hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, including IaC tools and monitoring solutions.Preferred: familiarity with REST API design patterns, OAuth/OpenID Connect, and containerization (Docker).BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
