Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Department nursing preferred Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). PALS and NIHSS preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
