Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives across the organization. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development programs. Manage compensation, benefits, and employee performance review processes. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote environment. Requirements Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Extensive experience (7+ years) in HR leadership roles, with a focus on remote management.
