Location: Garland, TX (Reliable transportation required)

Reports To: Materials and Inventory Control Manager

Job Duties

As an Inventory Specialist, you will manage the flow of goods and ensure accuracy across our operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate daily records of all goods received and shipments made within the system database.
• Conducting frequent spot and partial physical inventory audits to identify and prevent discrepancies.
• Evaluating stock rotation procedures and planning warehouse storage space usage efficiently.
• Operating a forklift truck safely when necessary to move, stack, and organize warehouse items.
• Communicating proactively with management and procurement regarding missing items or restock orders.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
• Must be available to train on day shift for the first several weeks

Pay

• $20 per hour

Requirements

To qualify for the Inventory Specialist role, candidates must bring the following core qualifications:

• 3 plus years of dedicated inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent baseline education.
• Strong basic mathematical calculation skills and proficient computer keyboarding abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to navigate a warehouse environment and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Forklift operator certification is preferred but not required.
