We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused Guest Services Concierge to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families, we'd love to hear from you. 

Currently Hiring PT morning shift

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcome residents, visitors, and family members with a warm and professional attitude.

• Assist with serving meals to residents.

• Answer calls from residents and their family members promptly and courteously.

• Prepare resident rooms for new admissions.

• Help ensure the comfort, satisfaction, and overall positive experience of residents and guests.

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting the care team as needed.
  
  
  
   

Compensation: 
$17-$18/ hour and determined based on your experience. 

 

Schedule:  

• Part-Time

• Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

 

Qualifications  

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.

• Experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

• Must be available to work every Weekends  

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
