Certifications BLS – Required NIHSS – Required Required certifications must be completed before the start date . Patient Ratio Day: 4:1 Night: 5:1 EMR Meditech Floating May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility. Local / Travel Requirement Travel candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility. Candidates within 60 miles are considered local.
